Update 11/5: Spice Girls are officially hitting the road for the reunion tour we've all been waiting for! The girl group is reuniting for their first tour in a decade, with six stadium shows in the UK next year. But, Victoria Beckham, AKA Posh Spice, won't be joining her other four bandmates.
Mel B, Mel C, Geri, and Emma announced the tour with an adorable "Breaking News" Instagram post, where they sit down for a faux news segment. After some of their signature banter, the pop stars break into song and announce that they are going on tour and that singer Jess Glynne will be joining them on the road, too.
Tickets will be available at the Spice Girl's official website on November 10th for the six tour dates below, so mark your calendars.
June 1st: Manchester Etihad Stadium
June 3rd: Coventry Ricoh Stadium
June 6th: Sunderland Stadium of Light
June 8th: Edinburgh BT Murrayfield Stadium
June 10th: Bristol Ashton Gate Stadium
June 15th: London Wembley Stadium
Original story, 11/3: Talk of a Spice Girls reunion has been circling for what feels like years now. But despite several reports suggesting that the band's original members might be getting back together again for a stadium tour, Victoria Beckham apparently isn't into it. Like, at all.
Taking to Instagram to share a photo with one of her fellow Spice Girls this weekend, Beckham celebrated Melanie C's performance at the Global Gift Gala in London. Beckham wrote, "So proud of @melaniecmusic X fantastic performance tonight!!! X #friendshipneverends #girlpower kisses VB." Beckham also shared a video on her Instagram Stories of her bandmate singing a classic Spice Girls song:
According to multiple news reports, the Spice Girls are about to announce a reunion tour. USA Today discussed the news, revealing that The Sun was claiming that the group was "about to announce a new tour, but without original member Victoria 'Posh Spice' Beckham."
It's unsurprising that, if the rumors of a reunion tour are true, Beckham would be missing from the line-up. Having recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of her Victoria Beckham label, the former singer has well and truly moved on from the pop music industry. Now a celebrated fashion designer, it doesn't make sense for Beckham to tour with the group.

While some fans of the popular group will be clambering to get tickets if the remaining members do announce a tour, it's hard to imagine the Spice Girls working without Posh.
